Euro96 Change File

Matera noticed that the recording equipment at Matera was wrong. It was set 
to tape, instead of Mark5A. This kind of error is benign, and can be fixed when 
drudging the schedule.

However, to make things easier for stations, I modified euro96.skd to make 
all stations Mark5A.  This is the only change I made. Stations can pick up
this new schedule, or use the original one. If they use the original
one they will have to select the correct equipment in drudg.

I hope that this change does not cause confusion.
